5/6 - Now that we've officially gone live with the search, the next couple of weeks will be spent sourcing candidates that either apply through our many streams of media or through our personal inquiry of interest.
5/13 - It's still very early on but I just wanted to pass along a note letting you know that I've been encouraged by the early interest. We're continuing to dig into assessing quality, but there are some initial candidates that appear to check major boxes. Continuing to vet and continuing to pray.
